Kiewit-Kvaerner Contractors ("KKC") is a partnership of Kvaerner Newfoundland Ltd and Peter Kiewit Infrastucture Inc. Each partner is affiliated to its own group of companies, many of which own and operate websites and internet domains. Both groups of companies have clear policies which describe how they manage personal information which they obtain through their interaction with individuals with whom they have communications, both electronically and otherwise.

This document describes KKC's Privacy Policy, which has been developed from the policies of its owner corporations.
