Department Organization
First Tier Subcontractor/Supplier Company organization must include all departments required to efficiently produce the products ordered, namely management, contract administration, quality, safety, production, cost control, planning, etc. and have the appropriate reporting lines within the organization. Organization chart(s) identifying individuals responsible for the departments identified must be available for review. The chart must identify an individual responsible for managing KKC awarded Subcontractors and/or Purchase Orders.
Second Tier Subcontractor/Supplier Sufficient personnel must be employed to ensure that safety, quality, scheduling, and cost control are maintained at the company.
Third and below Tier Subcontractor/Supplier Same as Second Tier requirements
